Il progetto è stato approvato dall’Agenzia Nazionale Finlandese per l’educazione EDUFI in merito alla Call “KA204 – Strategic Partnerships for adult education”. Con il sostegno di altri tre partners europei, il progetto vuole stabilire un metodo per raccogliere i bisogni formativi delle aziende rispetto alle innovazioni e all’impatto COVID, sia per la formazione dei dipendenti attuali che per quelli futuri. In aggiunta al metodo, si svolgerà un’attenta analisi dei bisogni e strutturazione di una formazione gratuita per i dipendenti. Cometa Formazione si occuperà della Quality & Management di progetto.

The project was approved by the Finish National Agency for education EDUFI regarding the Call “KA204 – Strategic Partnerships for adult education”. With the other three partners’ support, the project has the aim to indicate a method to gather the training needs in companies regarding innovation and COVID impact, on the training side of employees both today and in the future. Added to the method, there will be an analysis of needs and structure of a free training for employees. Furthermore, a part from an active participation, Cometa Formazione, will look after the Quality & Management assurance of the project.
